At Kristen's Catchers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Each sun catcher is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping. Please review our refund and returns policy below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Sun catchers that arrive broken or damaged during shipping

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized sun catchers
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Sun catchers that have been hung or installed
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us within the return window:

  1. Email us at magic@kristenscatchers.com with your order number
  2. Include photos of the item (especially if damaged or defective)
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your return

We will review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Return Shipping

Defective or Damaged Items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved returns: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/damaged items)
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your sun catcher arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping)

We take great care in packaging, but accidents can happen during transit. We will make it right!

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with USPS to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges on any items.
