Thank you for shopping with Kristen's Catchers. We want to ensure your beautiful sun catcher reaches you in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage within the United States.

Flat Rate Shipping: $6.00 for all domestic orders Free Shipping on orders over $75

All sun catchers are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely at your door.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. boxes.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your package through USPS.com or directly via the link in your order confirmation email.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes during peak seasons

  • Weather conditions

  • USPS carrier delays

We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you updated on any delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with USPS to locate your package.

Damaged Packages: We take great care in packaging each sun catcher to ensure safe delivery. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your sun catcher arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of both the packaging and the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at [email address].
