Creature of the Light Sun Catcher
Goth? Yes. Sun catcher? Also yes. The two are not mutually exclusive and this piece is proof. I made this one for the people who love dark aesthetics but still want their walls covered in scattered light — because even creatures of the night deserve a good prism situation. This is the most dramatically gorgeous thing I've made and I say that with full confidence.
Key Features
- Large iridescent gray bat-shaped prism pendant at the bottom — the star of the show, etched with geometric detail, and absolutely unhinged in the best way when light passes through it
- Four silver bat connector charms holding the multi-strand spread together — a whole little colony doing structural and aesthetic work simultaneously
- Ornate silver heart connector at the top of the spread — dark romance energy, fully committed
- Deep black, dark teal, and champagne gold faceted beads cascading throughout — moody, rich, and surprisingly warm together
- Small clear A/B crystal accents at the ends of the outer strands catching stray light and throwing it everywhere
- Silver hardware throughout keeping the whole thing cool-toned and cohesive
The Kristen's Catchers Difference
Handcrafted by me in Las Vegas, Nevada, with an obscene amount of care. Those four bat connectors had to be perfectly balanced or the whole spread falls wrong — and I don't do wrong. The bat prism at the bottom is one of the most unique crystals I've ever gotten my hands on and I almost kept it for myself. Almost.
How to Display
Hang it in a window and prepare for the most gothic light show your walls have ever seen. That bat prism scatters light in the most dramatic, angular, incredible patterns. A dark-walled room with direct sunlight hitting this thing is genuinely cinematic. You're welcome.
Care Instructions
Dry microfiber cloth and a little breath. Handle the bat prism gently — it's a showpiece, not a stress toy.
Why Choose Kristen's Catchers?
Because nothing else like this exists. I made one. It's this one. When it sells it goes back to the void and that's it. If your aesthetic is dark and dramatic and you also happen to like light shows — which, same — this is yours. Cart it before it disappears into the night.
The bat has chosen you. Don't leave it hanging.
