How to Wear It

For the glow, hold it under a lamp or in daylight for a few minutes, then head somewhere dark. For the neon effect, find a UV blacklight and watch it light up.

Care Instructions

Wipe the crystals with a soft, dry cloth to keep them sparkling. Keep it away from harsh chemicals, and store it somewhere it will not get crushed. The plastic is flexible, but it is still plastic, so do not over-stretch it past where it wants to go.
