The Seahorse Ascent Sun Catcher
There's something about a seahorse that just gets it. Unhurried, unbothered, moving at exactly its own pace through whatever the ocean throws at it — upward, always upward. I built this piece around that energy. The chaos of wind and water and wave breaks rendered in crystal, and at the center of it all, a tiny seahorse on a golden net doing exactly what seahorses do: ascending on their own terms, completely unbothered by the turbulence around them. This one hit different while I was making it.
Key Features
- Large iridescent seahorse-shaped prism pendant at the bottom — etched, opalescent, and genuinely breathtaking when light moves through it
- Gold woven net connector with seahorse charm at center — the anchor point of the whole piece and an absolute work of art on its own
- Cascading multi-strand fringe of teal, amber, clear, and A/B iridescent micro crystals — every tiny bead representing wind, spray, and the chaotic beauty of a wave breaking open
- Iridescent A/B star charms at the ends of the outer strands — because even turbulent water has moments of stillness and light
- Large A/B iridescent faceted beads in the header strand shifting pink, blue, and champagne in the light
- Gold hardware throughout giving the whole piece a warm, sun-on-water finish
The Kristen's Catchers Difference
Handcrafted by me in Las Vegas, Nevada — far from the ocean but deeply respectful of it. The fringe on this piece took real time and intention. Every tiny crystal was placed to suggest movement — the kind of restless, beautiful, go-where-it-takes-you energy of water in motion. And that seahorse prism is one of the most special crystals I've worked with. It glows. Genuinely glows.
How to Display
A window with direct light is where this one belongs. The micro crystal fringe catches and scatters light in a way that genuinely looks like sunlight on moving water — your walls will ripple. The seahorse prism at the bottom pulls it all together into something that's less home decor and more experience.
Care Instructions
Dry microfiber cloth and a gentle breath. The fringe strands are delicate — handle with the same care the ocean deserves.
Why Choose Kristen's Catchers?
Because this piece exists once, right now, and then it's gone. I don't repeat designs and I certainly can't replicate the exact feeling of building this one. If the seahorse is calling to you — and let's be honest, you're still reading so it probably is — add it to your cart and let it ascend to your window where it belongs.
Upward, always upward. Cart it now.
